In July, home sales in Metro Vancouver were the third highest for the month in the past ten years. This trend looks to be continuing into August. The question is: Why is there so much demand?
What we're seeing is pent up activity from both home buyers and sellers earlier in the year returning to the market. Historically low interest rates and limited overall supply are also increasing competition across our market.
