VANCOUVER, BC - The Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver (REBGV) is pleased to introduce Rosario Setticasi as the association’s 2011/2012 president. Setticasi replaces outgoing President Jake Moldowan.

The REBGV is the professional association of more than 10,000 REALTORS® in Greater Vancouver. The Board provides a variety of membership services, including the Multiple Listing Service®.

“I am honoured to serve my professional association and I look forward to upholding its principles and values. For generations, the Board has been committed to serving the needs of our members in order to help them serve the real estate needs of our communities,” Setticasi said.

Before being elected president by the REBGV Board of Directors, Setticasi served as a director for several years. He has also served as an instructor and Ethical Leadership Facilitator for the BC Real Estate Association.

He has been active in real estate since 1984, and is a managing broker of Sutton Group – West Coast Realty in North Vancouver.

Supporting the president in 2011 will be President-Elect Eugen L. Klein and Vice-President Sandra T. Wyant.
