The 2006 REALTORS Care® Award recipients all made outstanding contributions to their communities through fundraising and volunteering activities.

For the first time in the history of the REALTORS Care® Awards, under the new corporate member category, two real estate offices were also recognized for outstanding charitable endeavours. Congratulations go to Prudential Sussex Realty in North Vancouver and Royal LePage – Brookside Realty in Maple Ridge.

As the Chairperson of Treasures of Christmas 2006 Gala, Ann made it her goal to raise awareness for the Crossroads Hospice Society. By her example, she challenges others to become involved and to raise funds for end of life care.

Kim’s passion for helping others has touched many at the North Shore Neighbourhood House where she volunteers her time to teach a group of 25-30 senior men how to cook and at the Sheway Program, where young mothers with addictions can find support.

With this goal, Prudential was able to donate time and funds to many organizations such as the North Shore Harvest Project and the Sunshine Kids Foundation.
