Brad Scott has been with the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver (REBGV) since 1978 and has served as its CEO since 2013.
Prior to his appointment as CEO, he had served as REBGV's Chief Operating Officer beginning in 1991. Brad first became a member of the management team in 1985 and has held a number of other positions with REBGV. Since 1996, he has played a central role in helping REBGV achieve numerous quality management awards including Excellence Canada’s Canada Order of Excellence (Quality).
He is a member of the Real Estate Institute of British Columbia and holds both the R.I. (B.C.) and Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD.d) designations.
Brad has been around the organized real estate block several times serving on numerous directorates, task forces and committees in both Canada and the U.S. His strongest focus is to ensure REBGV continuously improves everything it does and builds on the tremendous legacy previous REBGV leaders built.
While Brad doesn’t like labels, he’s a foodie who likes great wine, loves to make pizza, and he likes spending as much spare time as possible with friends and family at his cottage in the Caribou.
Eileen Day is chief operating officer of the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver (REBGV) and works with the CEO to manage the organization and to innovate, develop, implement and maintain the organization’s products and services.
She plays a key role in advancing REBGV’s excellence program. In 2019, REBGV achieved Excellence Canada’s Platinum Award for its Excellence, Innovation and Wellness program, and has twice received the Order of Excellence for Quality. She is a member of several professional organizations, including the Greater Vancouver Board of Trade, the Urban Development Institute and the Greater Vancouver Home Builders Association.
Eileen began her career as a writer, reporter and editor. She was a corporate and not-for-profit sector communication executive for more than 20 years, specializing in issues management and earning various awards for communication content and design.
Mary began her career as a junior accountant with Block Bros. Industries Ltd. in 1978. Over the years, she rose through the ranks at Block Bros., becoming a senior accountant in 1986 and finally a corporate controller in 1989.
Since she joined REBGV in 1995, Mary has developed a risk management model and created a funding model that’s increased the organisation's financial stability. She’s also been a key contributor to REBGV's business excellence program.
Mary was a member of her provincial legacy body’s (Certified General Accountants of BC) Burnaby/Royal City Chapter board, which included a term on their board of governors. She was honoured with a Fellowship from the Chartered Professional Accountants BC in February 2018.
Mary’s passionate about dance and the performing arts. She shares her knowledge and expertise to a wide range of dance organisations. She has served as treasurer for the Cross Culture Dance Society and the Canadian Dance Teachers Association’s BC branch. She also works closely with the New Westminster dance studio co-owned with her daughter and sister-in-law.
Mike leads the Information Services department at REBGV. Together with his team, they’re responsible for the information technology the organisation requires to serve its members. This includes access to the MLS® technology and information essential to serving their customers.
The department’s goals include collaborating across departments to improve operations and effectiveness through leveraging information technologies. Information Services has a strategic outlook focused on sourcing innovative IT solutions, providing secure and reliable IT infrastructure, developing and maintaining software, and providing staff and member technical support.
Mike has participated on national, regional, and local industry committees related to the delivery of information technology and services. Between 2012 and 2014, he served as chair of the Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA) MLS® and Technology Council and was a director of CREA.
He’s been responsible for the delivery of MLS® technology for more than 30 years. He joined REBGV in 1993. Prior to that, he was responsible for Information Technology at the Fraser Valley Real Estate Board.
He received his education and training in information technologies at Simon Fraser University and the British Columbia Institute of Technology.
When he’s not working, Mike looks forward to spending time with family and following the antics of his young granddaughter.
Richard is an experienced adult education professional with an extensive background in delivering and developing education for diverse audiences. He and his team oversee professional development and educational compliance activities for our members, including ongoing gap analysis and the development of new Professional Development Program (PDP) courses.
Richard holds a B.A degree with first-class honours and a Master's degree in Adult Education (Business and Management), along with a teaching diploma. In 2003, he received a distinguished Winston Churchill Fellowship.
After a successful teaching and lecturing career in his native Scotland spanning nearly two decades, Richard and his family moved to Vancouver in 2011. He initially worked as an independent change management consultant, then as a program architect in Lululemon’s Learning and Development department.
Richard has been with REBGV since 2013 and loves the constant challenge and variety in his role.
In 2016, he gained the Canadian REALTOR® Association Executive designation.
On weekends, Richard loves to explore the local mountains and trails with his family.
As Director of Communications, Craig is responsible for ensuring that REBGV’s different audiences have the right information at the right time. With the help of colleagues across each department in the organisation, he and his team look after internal and external communication, media relations, social media, content strategy, issues management, and stakeholder engagement.
In 2017, the International Association of Business Communicators awarded the Communication team with a national Silver Leaf Award for communication and change management activities that helped our members move to a new MLS® technology platform.
Craig is the primary media contact for the real estate profession in the Lower Mainland, handling hundreds of media enquiries a year.
Prior to joining REBGV in 2007, Craig was the Press and Public Affairs Officer at the British Consulate General in Vancouver and before that, a reporter for various community newspapers in the Lower Mainland.
He studied Political Science and Public Administration as an undergraduate at Simon Fraser University and holds a Diploma in Journalism from Kwantlen Polytechnic University. In 2014, he earned a Certificate in Executive General Management from UBC’s Sauder School of Business.
At home, Craig enjoys making unsuccessful attempts to keep up with his young boys.
Kat has an extensive background in IT and business process consulting. She has worked with cloud-based software service organizations as well as IBM and ICBC in senior product development and executive roles.
Kat’s responsible for planning, direction, product development, and management of all activities related to the expansion and marketing of REBGV’s Multiple Listing Service® (MLS®) and its related services, tools, and products for REALTORS®. She’s in charge of establishing the roadmap, strategy, and vision for MLS® as new technologies emerge and allow for innovative business opportunities.
Outside of work, Kat can be found supporting her boys' active lifestyle and spending time with her family and friends
Harriet keeps REBGV’s more than 14,000 members informed about what local, regional, provincial, and federal governments are up to so members can knowledgeably step up, become involved and let politicians know the concerns of property buyers, sellers and owners in their communities.
She also engages REBGV's members’ expertise to help formulate grassroots solutions to making home ownership more affordable, which in turn, inform government policies, rules, regulations and legislation.
Through her leadership, and as a trusted REBGV representative, Harriet’s fostered lasting partnerships with organizations representing home builders, developers and mortgage brokers, working successfully on initiatives benefitting first-time and trade-up home buyers.
Harriet is the recipient two Canadian Real Estate Association awards for her work on federal initiatives, and three BC Real Estate Association awards for outstanding work on provincial initiatives.
From 1995-2004, Harriet was senior policy analyst at the Union of BC Municipalities, where she helped develop the Community Charter, one of the province’s most innovative pieces of legislation.
Harriet has a B.A., a Masters in Public Affairs and is currently working toward a Certificate in Applied Leadership at the Justice Institute of BC.

Kim oversees REBGV’s Professional Standards and Business Practices departments.
He began his career with Block Bros. Realty. Later, he was General Manager of Legend Real Estate Group. He’s also held positions as national sales manager of Top Producer Systems and Director of Member Service and Relations at the BC Real Estate Association.
Kim’s been a real estate educator for 35 years, teaching the real estate pre- and post-licensing courses and a number of professional development courses dealing with ethics, risk management and agency.
Known to REBGV’s members as ‘The Ethics Guy®’, Kim works with REALTORS® and managing brokers to promote professionalism and member cooperation in his bi-weekly column in the REALTOR® News. He also makes presentations at brokerages and member meetings.
When he’s not in the office, Kim enjoys spending time with his family and entertaining his varied interests from gardening to collecting classic cars.
As Manager of Human Resources (HR), Megan's role is to develop policies, programs and practises that support the staff in achieving REBGV’s strategic goals. She’s responsible for recruiting top talent, retaining engaged staff, and supporting REBGV’s management in providing an exceptional work experience and workplace culture.
Her other responsibilities include health and wellness, compensation and benefits, and performance planning and coaching programs.
Megan has been a chartered professional in HR for more than 30 years. Before joining REBGV, Megan was the General Manager for an import, manufacturing, and wholesale company for 12 years, and she was the HR Director for a major food distribution company for 13 years. She also taught organization development and training and development for the BCIT part-time business program for several years.
Megan has her Bachelor of Arts from UBC, certificate in HR Management from BCIT, and CPHR designation.
Outside of work, Megan can usually be found on a tennis court. She also enjoys hiking, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
